taglibs 에러 해결 javax.servlet.jsp.jspexception cannot be resolved to a type

💡 발생 이유
     Project Facets에 Runtimes에 톰캣 설정이 안 돼 있어서 발생!

💡 해결 방법
    Project - Properties - Project Facets - Runtimes 탭에서
    다음과 같이 Tomcat을 체크해주면 사라진다!!
